About Pyramid Dispatch

Pyramid Dispatch is an emergency medical dispatch system that's used at some of the UK's largest events. It incorporates call-handling features including location lookup tools, mapping, and call prioritisation to help you locate and triage patients quickly.

Dispatchers benefit from GPS tracked responders and an easy-to-use interface, while responders can use the Pyramid Responder app to view call details and maps to ensure an efficient response.

Customisation and flexibility

You can choose to run Pyramid Dispatch in the cloud or locate a server in your control room – or use a hybrid model.

Event maps can be configured to display maps from OpenStreetMap, or you can upload custom site plans or race routes to match the exact requirements of your event and partner agencies. Location lists can be used to auto-suggest locations to call takers, or standby points and medical facilities to dispatchers.

Pyramid Dispatch can link with pre-existing systems to sync user accounts, export call data, and interface with GPS tracking systems.

The system provides insight and analysis into call patterns, demand, and workload with its real-time reporting and post-event summary reports.
